Thank you for shopping with Kaya Sparsha. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we ship and deliver orders placed on our website (https://kayasparsha.com).
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after you place the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed and packaged, the order will be dispatched via our courier/Logistics partner.
You will receive a confirmation (email / SMS) when your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We ship to all serviceable pin-codes across India (for domestic orders).
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): 3 – 7 business days for most locations.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas / interiors / locations with limited courier coverage — delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.
Deliveries are typically made on working days (Monday to Saturday). Deliveries on Sundays or public holidays are subject to courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
We aim to offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable), a small flat shipping / handling charge (as shown at checkout) may apply.
Actual shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.
4. Shipment Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number / shipment reference. You can track your order using the courier’s tracking link.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully before accepting: check for any visible damage or tampering.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with — you may refuse to accept delivery, and inform us immediately.
5. Non-Deliverable Addresses & Delivery Issues
Orders will be shipped only to the single address specified at checkout. If you wish to send products to different addresses, please place separate orders.
If the courier is unable to deliver (wrong address, incorrect pin-code, recipient unavailable, etc.), the order may be returned to us — additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors outside our control (weather, natural disasters, remote location logistic constraints, customs delays if any, etc.).
